About the Founder

Dr. Erica Anne Love is a strategist, author, and trailblazer dedicated to reshaping how we work, connect, and care for one another. After decades in leadership, she made the courageous decision to step away from a high-level executive role to protect her health and well-being. Living with a rare and life-threatening condition taught her that work must be reimagined — not as a grind of productivity, but as a practice that centers presence, connection, and human flourishing.

Out of this conviction, Erica launched BeCourageous Leadership, a consulting practice that equips leaders and organizations to navigate the future of work with clarity and purpose. She brings together systems strategy and reflective practice to help others build environments where ideas and people thrive. Her forthcoming children’s book, Be, extends this vision to the next generation. In a fast-moving, noisy world full of distractions, the story helps children discover their inner voice and connect with their true self, their purpose, their “Be.”

With the Be Cooperative, Erica has created a virtual community for people building meaningful work and meaningful lives. More than a networking community, it is a hub for collaboration, creativity, and shared growth — a place designed for people to gather, recharge, and simply Be.
